NEW ORLEANS, LA:

Hosea has been invited by the Louisiana Culinary Institute to be a guest speaker.  He will be doing a cooking demonstration as well as a lecture on his experiences and about the importance of working with fresh quality products and how to incorporate them into the kitchen and their culinary lifestyles.

Hosea’s appearance fee will be donated to a Neighbors Helping Neighbors of Crestone, CO.
NHN immediately organized a fundraiser to help support his family after the diagnosis of his father’s cancer. NHN payed for medicines and procedures that were not covered by insurance and helped with traveling expenses and accomodations to cancer centers in Colorado Springs and Denver.  A year later, the Volunteers are still there for them, helping in any way they can.
